Not sure where to start? Start here. A hard look at your account, your unit economics, and your CAC targets before we commit to anything.
Before installing anything, you need to know what’s actually broken. The Growth Audit is a diagnostic where we go through your Meta account, your unit economics, and your current CAC picture and tell you exactly where the system is breaking down.
Most clients use the audit as a starting point before moving to Installation. If you decide to proceed, the $497 is credited toward the installation fee.
If we’re not a fit after the audit, you’ll still leave with a clearer picture of what to fix and how to prioritize it.
Strategy call first. We’ll confirm fit before booking
We build the Growth Machine for your brand. In 30 days you have a running Meta acquisition system built around your unit economics. This is not a retainer, but an installation.
Most agencies start by running ads. We start by figuring out what your business can actually afford to spend to acquire a customer. Then we build everything around that number.
Phase 1 is a 30-day installation. By the end, you have a documented CAC target, a running Meta acquisition engine, a Growth Dashboard connected to your live data, and a priority roadmap for what to improve next.
This is the full Growth Machine: “Define, Deploy, Drive” installed in your account. Not rented. Installed.
Starts with a strategy call to confirm fit
We operate and improve the system month to month. The retainer isn’t to keep the lights on… t’s to run something that was actually built.
Scaling isn’t linear. Every month there’s a new constraint: creative fatigue, an offer ceiling, a CAC spike. System Management is how we stay ahead of those constraints instead of reacting to them.
Every month we read the signals, diagnose what’s limiting growth, and deliver a decision roadmap… the next highest-leverage move for your specific account.
Most clients move from Installation to Management once the system is live. Some brands come directly to Management if they already have a solid foundation and need someone to operate and improve it.
Month-to-month · no long-term contracts
Free, 30 minutes. We look at your numbers and figure out which path makes sense: audit, installation, or management.
First-timers often start with the audit ($497, credited toward installation). Brands with clearer needs go straight to Phase 1.
Once the system is installed and running, most clients move to monthly management. The system compounds every cycle.
No — some of our best results have come from brands starting fresh on Meta. If you have a proven product and real revenue, we can build the system from scratch. What matters is that you have enough data to define your economics (Shopify history, product margins, customer data). Amazon sellers transitioning to DTC are a particularly good fit.
The Build is a one-time 30-day engagement where we build the system — unit economics model, Meta acquisition engine, Growth Dashboard, priority roadmap. Management is the ongoing retainer where we operate and improve it. Think of the Build as building the machine and Management as running it. You can do the Build without Management, but Management works best when the system has been properly built first.
No. Management is month-to-month. We don’t lock you in because we don’t need to — if the system is working, you’ll want to stay. The Build is a one-time fee with no ongoing commitment unless you choose to move to Management.
Access to your Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and Klaviyo (if you’re using it). A clear picture of your margins — COGS, fulfillment costs, processing fees. And a willingness to be an active partner in the strategy. This isn’t a hands-off service — you’ll be involved in decisions, especially in the early weeks.
The first 30 days are about building the foundation — defining your economics, installing the engine, getting clean data flowing. Most clients start seeing meaningful signals within the first 4–6 weeks. Significant revenue movement typically follows in months 2–3 as the system finds its footing. We don’t promise overnight results because the system is designed to compound, not spike.
It depends on what they’re doing. If they’re managing Meta and you want us to take over, that’s a clean transition. If you want us to work alongside an existing agency on Meta, that creates competing strategies and mixed signals — which we avoid. We’re happy to talk through the specifics on the strategy call.
