We'll set a time on the phone to go over questions like:
"What are you selling? How much are you currently selling? How much more do you want to sell? What does your marketing and sales process look like? What is your 6-12 month goal?"
Once we collected all the "RAW Materials" we'll focus on 3 important questions:
1) How do you get more customers in the door? Or to your website?
2) How can you increase the average size of each purchase?
3) How can you increase the purchase frequency of each customer?
These questions might sound simple... and that's because they are. The magic, as you know, is HOW you answer and act on each one.
Most people try to answer it themselves, get overwhelmed and waste a lot of time + resources.
